The Service

Lana provides tools for lead management, service catalogs, proposals, approvals, follow-ups, and optional AI-assisted drafting. Features vary by plan.

Lana is not an accounting, tax, legal, medical, insurance, or financial-advice service. Templates and AI output are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing all prices, promises, terms, calculations, messages, and documents before sending them.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@lana-ai.cloud.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Lana a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service. Do not upload payment card numbers, government IDs, medical records, or account passwords.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activities. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service.

AI-assisted features

AI features send minimized prompts to approved model providers. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable — you must review output before use. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice. AI access is subject to credits, fair-use limits, and spending controls.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is displayed before purchase. You can cancel through the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds are governed by posted policy.

Intellectual property

Lana owns the Service, software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lana's liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Lana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Changes

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
