AI processing
When you use AI features, Lana sends a minimized version of your prompt to OpenRouter and the chosen model provider. Personal identifiers are redacted before transmission. AI processing is not used for high-impact decisions.
Data disclosure
We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, database, email, payments, monitoring, and AI processing. These providers may process information only for contracted purposes under appropriate terms. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. You may export or delete workspace data through the admin panel. Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within standard retention cycles.
